1. MSF is a registered charity in Hong Kong. For Hong Kong residents, donations of HK$100 or above are tax deductible. A receipt for monthly donations will be sent at the end of each financial year.

2. Your donation will be used to support MSF's relief work, delivering medical aid around the world to those needing it the most.

5. Your purchase is a symbolic gift. This means that when you choose an item you are contributing to the overall mission of MSF, and not neccessarily the items you purchased. All the items you see in the MSF Warehouse are actual products, and are used by MSF in projects around the world. However the volume of items needed and the exact time they may be required is difficult to predict. Your gift may be used to fund any relief items and activities MSF engages in to help people in need of emergency medical care.

 

Terms and Conditions:

1. Donors who commit to monthly donations of HK$100 or more for at least 12 months will receive a souvenir. Souvenirs are subject to availability.

2. The souvenirs will be mailed within 15-20 working days after the completion of the second monthly donation, as a token of gratitude for your support.

3. For addresses outside Hong Kong, souvenirs will be shipped via SF Express, with shipping fees paid by the recipient upon delivery.

4. MSF reserves the right to interpret the Terms and Conditions. For any dispute, MSF’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
