No more Caribbean scene

To my surprise, we entered Haiti by air, instead of by road. But it’s good. It took 1 hour. It was a small propellant type of aircraft. From the air, you can see the evidence of earthquake, like landslides from mountains, damaged houses, and tents can be seen everywhere. In Port-au-Prince airport, you can see US army, UN, WFP plane and staff. The whole city is full of damaged structures and tents are set up along the roadside. The scene is exactly the same as that in Sichuan after the earthquake in May 2008, but the difference is here you can’t see reconstruction and clear up works. On the street, there is no more music on bus, people do not sing and dance spontaneously on street. No more Caribbean scene! Instead, people are mourning…… They dance and sing just for relief of sorrow now, instead of happiness. People do not dare to stay at home as they are still afraid of aftershock.
