無國界醫生憑藉辦事處義工的協助，可以更有效地運用資源，節省行政開支，讓全球更多傷病者得到援助。 無國界醫生香港辦事處不時招募義工來協助資料輸入、信件處理、資料整理等文職工作。除此之外，我們也有一些可在家中完成的工作，如翻譯、研究、設計刊物、製作短片等。 當有大型活動如無國界醫生野外定向比賽或展覽舉行時，我們也需要協助攝影、管理接待處或詢問處等的義工。 我們歡迎你的參與。如有興趣加入我們的義工行列，請留意以下的義工職位空缺。
