Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Formulate Fundraising Strategy for Acquisition and Digital Marketing and set objectives and measurable targets that cohere with the overall fundraising target of MSF Hong Kong.
- Manage fundraising budget for acquisition and digital marketing to ensure cost efficiencies and annual target are achieved.
- Steer and manage supporter and donor acquisition channels to maintain a healthy and diversified mix of new donors.
- Create outreach strategy and programs to generate leads and convert into donors.
- Develop new fundraising channels and initiatives; to ensure income growth is sustainable.
- Constant update and flag up risk factors, if there is any, to Department Head on the market trend and regulatory development.
- Administer all expenses incurred for mass marketing activities.
- Supervise team members to achieve annual targets.
- Set clear, attainable objectives for staff, evaluate employee job performance and support staff with appropriate development paths.
- Propose, select, supervise and manage third party services providers when needed for optimizing efficiency of donor development activities.
- Negotiate contracts with key external service providers and handle regular background research for compliance and risk management and ensure effective resource allocation.
The Ideal Candidate

University graduate or higher
-
Minimum 10 years’ working experience in multilateral marketing (online and offline) and engagement with a proven track record in planning & management against target, budget and deadlines Experience in sales & channel marketing is desirable

3 years+ experience of staff management/team supervision

Considerable knowledge and understanding of Hong Kong charity fundraising market

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Knowledge and experience in digital marketing management is essential

Good interpersonal skills with outstanding leadership qualities, strong negotiating skills with an ability to build relationships with external suppliers

Create with high awareness of market trends, technology and social media sentiments.

Excellent verbal and writing skills in Chinese and English
